The hose is spraying at full blast
The loud squashing drowning the screams
Of someone’s loved ones begging for help
With perpetrators hearts colder than
The chilly water, they stand banned
Together, with the deadly hose in hand
Voices become weak as bodies sink
Havoc in the street is eradicated

Philly? Are you from there? Terrible acts of violence, to gain peace.

I spent about five of my growing up years in Philly – fifth through ninth grade – then I went to college in Philly – it was Philadelphia College of Bible then, but now it’s in Langhorne and the name was changed to Cairn University last year.

It is a small world isn’t it? I was just over the bridge. 🙂 I know you can definitely relate to the post.

Yes, it is a small world. And I am looking for a Righteous King to rule this world.

I’m in a ladies Bible study on Tuesday mornings. We are studying the book of Daniel, the prophetic chapters and on my goodness I can’t wait to see Jesus on his rightful throne.

I know you can’t. God and His word is an awesome power. I had a prayer answered Saturday! Prayer does work. 🙂

I think the praying mantis that was on my door twice last week, could’ve been a prelude to the outcome. Susan I was scared to death. My neighbor had to chase it with a broom, so I could come inside the house. 🙂 It was big…The blessing was for my soon to be ex, but I’ve been praying for him for a long time.
