The beds are so tiny and the nurse hats are so interesting. Things sure have changed. Looks like you had fun (◡‿◡✿)

Funny thing is, this museum is in town, and I just explored it a couple of weeks ago. So glad I did. Things sure have changed. Space was a major concern during the war, so many injuries. Did you know some of the soldiers would shoot their toes, so they would be discharged. Can’t walk without toes. 😶

Oh my. No I didn’t know that but I can see why. War is so awful and I feel for the moms and dads and families who lose them in the ultimate sacrifice. 🙏🏼💜 very humbling
