I loved seeing the monkeys. Saw three different species. These are white-faced monkeys.

The monkeys saw us and started jumping in the trees close to where we were. I was in Costa Rica 20 days. I rented an apartment in town with the locals. The people were so nice. I would do a return trip.

Wow what a good idea so you could really get a feel for the place. So smart of you. I’ve never been out of the US before except to Canada when I was little. I think I need to do this one day 🙋🏼♀️💜

Let me know. I’ll go with you! I went to Canada many years ago, didn’t like it. It’s lovely and clean. Went to Montreal and Quebec.

I know. The weather is so unpredictable. Tomorrow there’s a 12 degree drop in temperature. The pollen is terrible. It was 90 degrees Saturday. I started inside all day.

The pollen count is high here too. It’s been crazy. We are staying inside too. We have had a lot of tornado activity. It’s always something weather wise.

Oh it’s true. I moved myself in top of a hill to keep the flooding at bay but I don’t miss the wind….I was up most of the night praying. Our crazy weather sure makes me tired sometimes 🙏🏼💜🦋

Me either the scariest part is the barge that broke loose in the Arkansas river headed for a bridge that was already knocked down by a barge about 10 years ago. The flooding is the worse. ❤

Oh yes so today the Arkansas river is cresting where my mom lives. The water has flowed down to Fort Smith. The worse flooding since ’86 flood. At least now they have learned how to fortify the cities to keep the water from destroying too much. I’m happy she doesn’t live close to the AR. I remember in ’86 driving down the street and the river was on both sides of the road roaring by! Such an eerie feeling and sound.

Thank you Ms. Vee. Yesterday my mom was driving across the bridge and there was a stopped truck she didn’t see it because it had no back lights and she had an accident. Super scary to me because I’ve been worrying if she’s getting too old to drive. She wasn’t hurt thank God but her car is messed up. She said the cars were stopped because of rising water and she didn’t realize it. I think everyone is so out of their elements. I was tempted to drive down there today but I feel it’s best to stay warm and dry. 🙂 Thank you for your prayers ❤

Yes that is true you are right. She’s doing okay just navigating the water around them. The bridge is opening back up today so I don’t worry as much not being able to get to her. ❤ Love you
