It is Vera, I’m doing it now. The weather is filthy outside, pouring down and blowing a gale.. However the fire is very nice. 🙂

I have a small electric fireplace. It’s calming to watch the flames, and of course to have the heat when it’s cold. I would much prefer a real one. It rained last night and chilly this morning.

We’re up on a ridge and the weather is socked in this morning. It’s 6.40am and yes, the fire is still on. I even love cutting firewood, we have no shortage at all. Yes there’s something relaxing to sit and watch the flames. 🙂

It is, the place is looking great. I like my chainsaw Vera and of course use it wisely. We have quite a few standing dead trees that will have to come down. Victims of lightning strikes. Yep, Paul Bunyan eat your heart out. 🙂
